Project Gutenberg Usually the first site I visit. Great to get the classics.
Ted Kaczynski archive This site is based on the Unabomber, but the library hosts some interesting reads, expecially books on philosophy.
Malayalam eBooks For Malayalam books
Sayahna Foundation Library with Malayalam ebooks, also available in epub versions. They have a bunch of resources, along with Dictionaries as well as other gems. The main website is located at sayahna.org.
